Wade is not a law per se but is a court decision culminating in case law sometimes referred to as "constitutional law" which is misleading. Recently a man in Wisconsin punched his pregnant girlfriend in the stomach causing her to miscarry. The puncher was charged with "homicide of an unborn child". I think he should have been charged with "Practicing Medicine without a License". Afterall many doctors make a fair living killing unborn children. Roe v.
