Endorsed Candidates

Mark your calendars for April 1, an important election which will decide the future philosophy of the State Supreme Court for years to come. The Wisconsin Right to Life PAC has endorsed Judge Michael Gableman for this key post. Gableman believes the role of judges is to interpret, not to make, law. His opponent, Louis Butler, was appointed by pro-abortion Governor Doyle. Butler is considered to be an activist judge who will legislate from the bench.

If you live in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin Right to Life is urging you to vote to re-elect County Executive Scott Walker. Walker has an impressive right-to-life leadership and voting record. His opponent, Sen. Lena Taylor, has one of the strongest pro-abortion records in the state legislature.

At every election, Wisconsin Right to Life (WRTL) develops literature that compares the candidates’ positions on right-to-life issues. 

Unlike the candidate endorsement pieces prepared by the Wisconsin Right to Life Political Action Committee, the Wisconsin Right To Life candidate comparison pieces do not advocate for the election or defeat of any candidate.  Because of this, it would be perfectly legal for these pieces to be distributed in churches.

Important Information You Need On Which Candidates Are Endorsed

The Wisconsin Right to Life Political Action Committee (WRTL/PAC) is Wisconsin’s premier right-to-life organization working for the election of right-to-life candidates and the defeat of anti-life candidates. 

At each election, the WRTL/PAC endorses qualified, credible right-to-life candidates on both the state and federal levels and carries out an array of activities on their behalf.  The WRTL/PAC has the distinction of being the only right-to-life political action committee in Wisconsin that is effective in what it does and in achieving actual results.
