HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:
It will be most convenient for you to begin by printing the
Order Form.
Review the titles and descriptions below. With the Order Form in front of you, take note of the titles and item numbers you want to order. Place your order by mailing or faxing your order to us – using the address or fax number found on the form.
To insure availability of materials, please order at least two weeks in advance or more. Multi-media materials (videos) may be borrowed for one week and are available free of charge to schools, organizations and individuals. Fetal model sets may be borrowed for two weeks at a time.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We lend videos and computer media for the cost of UPS shipping to and from school for $10. There is 18% shipping and handling charge for all printed materials. For example, if you purchase $30 of printed materials, the shipping/handling charge would be 18% of $30, or $5.40.
Printed materials are available for sale to anyone regardless of geographic location. However, lending materials (videos and fetal model sets) are available only to Wisconsin teachers and residents.

Fetal Models
FETAL MODELS - Fetal models may be borrowed for two weeks. Detailed and scientifically accurate life-size (Somso-Model) shows the developing unborn baby from the first month through the seventh month of pregnancy. The babies in the five largest models are removable to facilitate study. Models are made of unbreakable plastic.
We have one set of hands-on, baby models which can be examined up close and are soft to the touch. The set includes four pieces, up to 30 weeks or six months. This set is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please be sure to order fetal models well in advance of your scheduled use to avoid disappointment.
